Description

The αTub67C promoter and 5'UTR drive expression of a lexA::GAD driver composed of Ecol\lexA fused at the C-terminal end to an extended version of the Scer\GAL4 activation domain (amino acids 148-881) (sequence optimised for Drosophila codon usage). The protein is tagged at the N-terminal end with a Tag:NLS(SV40-largeT) nuclear localization signal. αTub84D 3'UTR sequences are present.
