Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a Cka cDNA clone that encodes the PE isoform and includes Cka 3'UTR sequences. The coding sequence has been mutated to carry amino acid substitutions R150S and R151E (mutations in the PP2A binding site) and is tagged with TagBFP. The 3'UTR sequence has been mutated to change 9 of the 21 base pairs targeted by P{UAS-Cka.RNAi-B}, to render this transgene resistant to RNAi mediated by P{UAS-Cka.RNAi-B}.
