UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of two sgRNAs (GCAGACAACTGTGATGGCTC and CAGGACTTTATCGCCCAGCA), both of which target intergenic sequence. The two sgRNAs are expressed as a single polycistronic tRNA-gRNA cassette.
