The information in the Associated file accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by the Transgenic RNAi Project, Harvard Medical School.
The stocks were generated according to the methods in Ewen-Campen et al., 2020, Cell Rep. 32(10): 108121 (FBrf0246669) and fall into five categories as described below.
Category 1. Each line was generated using the pCFD6 plasmid and contains two gRNAs that both target the same gene.
Category 2. Each line was generated using the pCFD6 plasmid and contains a single gRNA.
Category 3. Each line was generated using the pCFD6 plasmid and contains two gRNAs for two genes (four gRNAs in total).
Category 4. Each line was generated using the pCFD4FLPOUT plasmid (this set were described in FBrf0246669 and corresponds to the lines used in Figure S6 of that paper).
Category 5. Each line was generated using the pCFD4FLPOUT plasmid (this set was not used in FBrf0246669).
