Description

UAS regulates expression of the artificial transcriptional activator dCas9::p300(core), which is composed of a nuclease-dead form of Spyo\Cas9 fused to the catalytic core of the p300 histone acetyltransferase. The driver is tagged at the N-terminus with 3xTag:FLAG and at the C-terminal end with Tag:HA and nuclear localization signals are present either side of the mutated Spyo\Cas9 sequence.
