Description

10xUAS sequences are followed by an FRT stop cassette and then a dicistronic transcript that encodes two open reading frames separated by a 2A linker. The first ORF encodes Tag:Myr(Unk)-tagged GFP and the second ORF encodes a Drosophila codon-optimised form of KDR that is tagged at the C-terminal end with a Tag:PEST(mOdc) degradation signal.
