Three R transcripts
were identified by northern blot, corresponding to transcripts R+R1.5,
R+R1.9 and R+R2.9. A single R probe was used for in situ
hybridizations which detects all three R transcripts, therefore, the specific
distribution of each transcript is not deciphered.
Transcript terminates at site supported by polyadenylated cDNA.
