Scer\GAL4D42, gbbdsRNA.Scer\UAS.cBa larvae display wildtype numbers of boutons at neuromuscular junctions 6/7 and 4.

Larvae expressing gbbdsRNA.Scer\UAS.cBa under the control of Scer\GAL4how-24B display a 28% decrease in the number of boutons at both neuromuscular junction (NMJ) 6/7 and at NMJ 4.

Third instar larvae expressing gbbdsRNA.Scer\UAS.cBa driven by either Scer\GAL4fat or Scer\GAL4ppl.PP are transparent and show increased uptake and transport of ingested fluorescently labeled fatty acids from the midgut lumen to the fat body compared to wild-type controls.
