Expression of kibraScer\UAS.cBa driven by Scer\GAL4futsch-C380 (along with Scer\GAL80ChAT.3.3P) does not significantly affect dendritic branch length or number in MN5 motoneurons, though there are subtle changes in branch patterning.

Clones in the wing disc expressing kibraScer\UAS.cBa under the control of Scer\GAL4Act5C.PP are reduced in size (due to a reduction in the number of cells) compared to control clones.

Clones in the wing disc expressing kibraScer\UAS.cBa under the control of Scer\GAL4Act5C.Switch.PR in the presence of RU486 show increased programmed cell death compared to controls.

Expression of kibraScer\UAS.cBa under the control of Scer\GAL4ey.PH results in a small eye phenotype.

Expression of kibraScer\UAS.cBa under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF results in a reduced eye.

The small eye phenotype caused by expression of kibraScer\UAS.cBa under the control of Scer\GAL4ey.PH is partially rescued by co-expression of either thEP3723 or CycEScer\UAS.cLa. Simultaneous co-expression of both thEP3723 and CycEScer\UAS.cLa almost completely rescues the small eye phenotype caused by expression of kibraScer\UAS.cBa under the control of Scer\GAL4ey.PH.

The eye overgrowth phenotype of eyes homozygous for sav1X1 (generated by the eyFLP method) is not altered by expression of kibraScer\UAS.cBa under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF.

The eye overgrowth phenotype of eyes homozygous for wts5Y2 (generated by the eyFLP method) is not altered by expression of kibraScer\UAS.cBa under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF.

Animals co-expressing both kibraScer\UAS.cBa and ykiScer\UAS.cHa under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF show the same eye overgrowth phenotype as animals expressing ykiScer\UAS.cHa alone under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF.
