Breaks are in 10A1-2 and the vicinity of the pericentric heterochromatin. Examination of cytology with EM reveals that bands of both 10A3-5 and 3C2-3 are clearly visible with unidentifiable material present between them. 10A1-2 inversion breakpoint maps genetically within sev.
