Comments

The 4:650690..721173 release 6 coordinates of the left breakpoint are estimates. The left extent corresponds to the estimated left end of polytene band 102D3, because, from published descriptions, it is likely that the major 102D1,2 doublet band is intact. The right extent corresponds to the right end of ey, which published results say is deleted.

The 4:989725..1088798 release 6 coordinates of the right breakpoint are estimates. The left extent corresponds to the left end of toy, which published results say is deleted. The right extent corresponds to the left end of sv, which is not deleted based on complementation tests at the Bloomington Stock Center.

Affected Genes Inferred by Location (0)
If no genes are listed here, it may be because the affected region is very large. The JBrowse insert above may show an error for the same reason, and other FlyBase tools such as CytoSearch may also fail for large regions. You can contact FlyBase for more help.
In these cases, there will be no "Export to Hitlist" button to the left.
    Phenotypic Data
    In combination with other aberrations
NOT in combination with other aberrations

No defects are seen in the embryonic central nervous system.
