Insertion of an incomplete 6kb Stalker element, probably in the same orientation to the direction of transcription into the first intron at 1945bp, together with the deletion of su(s) sequences from 1945bp to 1958bp. The Stalker element lacks both LTRs and some internal sequences just inside the LTRs.
