At least 2 structural differences compared to wild type. The simplest interpretation is that these changes result from an insertion into the 1.3kb HindIII fragment at coordinates 1.0-2.3 and a second alteration within the 3kb BamHI/EcoRI fragment at coordinates 3.0-6.0 (coordinates relative to molecular map in this reference).
