peo¹⁵²⁷/peo¹⁵²⁷, peo¹/peo¹⁵²⁷, peo^h/peo¹⁵²⁷, peo¹⁵²⁷/peo²⁷²³, peo¹⁵²⁷/peo^p112, peo¹⁵²⁷/Df(2R)520 and peo¹⁵²⁷/Df(2R)221 larval neuroblasts exhibit telomeric fusions.

Heterozygotes with l(2)46Cc¹⁷⁵⁵ are semi-lethal. In addition there are lethal interactions with l(2)46Ca²⁴⁸² and l(2)46Ca²⁷³⁷.
