miraRR127 embryos exhibit neuronal-only identity of the NB6-4t lineage.

All progeny of NB6-4T adopt a neuronal cell fate, failing to express gcm and repo and retaining a lateral position. This phenotype is similar to that shown by pros mutants.

Axon tracts of embryos are grossly defective, longitudinal connectives are generally broken or severely reduced in width and commissures are partially or completely fused. Phenotype milder than for miraL44 and miraZZ176.
