rdx reporter expression is high in wing discs in 2-4 cells anterior to the A/P boundary and moderate in a more anterior region that is several cells wide. Full length ci levels are low where the rdx levels are high and higher where rdx levels are moderate.

Reporter expression is observed posterior to the morphogenetic furrow in the eye disc. Expression is elevated near the anterior-posterior compartment boundary of antenna, leg and wing discs.
