Detailed Description
Statement
Reference

The transgenic line expressing Met+tSt-H.hs shows higher susceptibility to methoprene than wild-type controls. The increased susceptibility is reflected by the survival values and by the increased fraction of adults from cultures exposed to lower sub-lethal dose that show methoprene-induced morphogenetic defects, such as sternite bristle defects or abnormally rotated male genitalia.
