E(tkv)D1D1, put135 has visible | dominant phenotype
E(tkv)D1D1, shn1 has visible | dominant phenotype
E(tkv)D1D1, tkv6 has visible | recessive phenotype
E(tkv)D1D1, dpps5 has visible | dominant phenotype
E(tkv)D1D1, tkv6 has visible | dominant phenotype
E(tkv)D1D1, tkv6 has scutum phenotype
E(tkv)D1D1, tkv6 has mesothoracic bristle phenotype
E(tkv)D1D1 dominantly enhances the tkv6 phenotype; tkv6 homozygotes have a normal notum, but the presence of one copy of E(tkv)D1D1 results in a medial cleft on the notum, with abnormally parted bristles on both sides of the cleft. Double heterozygotes with Df(2L)tkv2, dpps5, shn1, Med4 or put135 may show imaginal disc development defects. No interaction with sax5 or MadP1 is seen in double heterozygous flies.
