Expression of armR.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4e22c in embryos results in a partial conversion of anterior epidermal cells to a posterior naked cuticle fate. Expression of armR.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4e22c in embryos that are maternally and zygotically mutant for arm2 sometimes results in a phenotype similar to, but weaker than, that caused by expression of armR.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4e22c in a wild-type background.
