Expression of RalaScer\UAS.cSa under the control of Scer\GAL4unspecified does not cause any visible phenotype. Wing hairs of flies expressing RalaScer\UAS.cSa under the control of Scer\GAL469B are morphologically normal. The bristles of flies expressing RalaScer\UAS.cSa under the control of Scer\GAL4sca-537.4 are indistinguishable from wild type.

Comments

Expression of RalaScer\UAS.cSa under the control of Scer\GAL4Rala-PG69 in a RalaPG69 mutant background rescues lethality, and border cell migration.

The loss of bristles and morphological defects on the notum caused by expression of RalaS25N.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL469B are largely rescued by overexpression of RalaScer\UAS.cSa.
