      Addition of Sp1btd.PS flies rescues the chordotonal organ phenotype seen in btdunspecified almost to wild-type, revealing at least four scolopidia per organ. Addition of Sp1btd.PS flies rescues the mandibular organ phenotype seen in btdunspecified, but fails to rescue the antennal or intercalary structure phenotypes. This was unaffected by the number of copies of P{btd-Sp1.S} added.
