Construct: Nucleotide substitution: U51A. Mutation in stem-loop III of the nos TCE sequences. Coordinates of nucleotide substitution are relative to the start of the nos 3' UTR sequences. Also has a mutation in stem-loop II of the nos TCE sequences.
