Description

A Ubi-p63E promoter drives expression of a β-Spec cDNA tagged at the N-terminal end with Tag:MYC. The construct encodes full length wild-type β-Spec protein, except that the first 10 amino acids of β-Spec have been replaced with the Tag:MYC tag.
