      Third instar larvae expressing Hrb27CEP748 under the control of Scer\GAL4Pxn.PS have a normal number of sessile hemocytes. The number of hemocytes in circulation is also similar to wild type. The dorsal sessile hemocyte department is not disrupted. Sessile hemocytes do not accumulate along the dorsal vessel or spread through the cuticle. The lymph gland is not enlarged. Hemocyte shape is normal.

      Expression of Hrb27CEP748 under the control of Scer\GAL4sca-537.4 results in the loss of scutellar macrochaetae. Sensory organs with one socket and no shaft and dot-like shaft morphology are seen.
