      Two copies of gsbΔH.prd fail to rescue the cuticle phenotype of prd4 homozygous embryos. Two copies of gsbΔH.prd fail to rescue prd4/Df(2L)Prl animals to adulthood (in a background where the prd4/Df(2L)Prl embryonic cuticular phenotype has been rescued by two copies of Mmus\Pax3prd.PX). gsbΔP.prd and gsbΔH.prd together are unable to rescue the cuticle phenotype of prd4 homozygous embryos.
