Expression of EcRB2.Scer\UAS in the developing wing under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 results in mild ectopic wing vein formation.

Expression of EcRB2.Scer\UAS using heat shock at the end of larval development results in adults that have increased total body triglyceride levels (normalised to total body protein) compared to controls.

Expression of EcRB2.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4Mef2.247.Switch does not have an effect on the total amount of sleep either during the day or at night. Average sleep bout duration is also comparable to controls.

Expression of EcRB2.Scer\UAS in border cells, driven by Scer\GAL4slbo.2.6, causes a border cell cluster migration defect in over 50-60% of egg chambers. However, the apical cap of these egg chambers forms and is shed normally.

Expression of EcRB2.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4en-e16E results in some decrease in the hatching rate, but no lethality during metamorphosis; 75% of eggs laid eclose as adults.

"Hyper-pruning" beyond the normal range is also seen in these animals.

EcRB2.Scer\UAS when driven by Scer\GAL4Tab2-201Y rescues the Mushroom body γ neuron phenotypes.
