bratScer\UAS.cSa when driven by Scer\GAL4en-e16E produces adult wings that ard 24% smaller than wild-type. They are also usually deformed. The reduction in wing size appears to be due to a reduction in the number of cells contributing to the wing, rather than a reduction in the size of cells. This phenotype is also cell non-autonomous, as the anterior compartment of the wing is also affected.
