      Expression of Ras85DG12V.Y40C.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF results in a rough eye phenotype, but no significant increase in eye size. Clones in the third instar eye disc expressing Ras85DG12V.Y40C.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4Act5C.PP that are located anterior to the morphogenetic furrow do not undergo precocious neuronal development.
