Description

UASt sequences drive expression of wg with HRP inserted at the N terminus (just downstream of the DNA encoding the signal sequence, after Met 37). The hinge region of the λ repressor is used as a linker between the HRP and wg sequences.

      When wgScer\UAS.T:λ\cI-hinge,T:Arus\HRP is driven by Scer\GAL4arm.PS, a near absence of denticles is seen. This phenotype is stronger at 18oC than at 25oC.
