lig¹ mutant eyes over-expressing th^EP3723 via eyFLP, Actin-Flp out-Gal4/FRT-mediated mitotic recombination, display increased ommatidia number compared to either single mutant condition.

The small eye phenotype of Scer\GAL4^ey.PH lig^{R185C.Scer\UAS.UTR} flies is partially rescued by co-expression of th^EP3723 or CycE^Scer\UAS.cUa, and rescued further by co-expression of both th^EP3723 or CycE^Scer\UAS.cUa.

The small eye phenotype caused by expression of kibra^Scer\UAS.cBa under the control of Scer\GAL4^ey.PH is partially rescued by co-expression of either th^EP3723 or CycE^Scer\UAS.cLa. Simultaneous co-expression of both th^EP3723 and CycE^Scer\UAS.cLa almost completely rescues the small eye phenotype caused by expression of kibra^Scer\UAS.cBa under the control of Scer\GAL4^ey.PH.
