Reference

rg^γ1 mutants display abnormal type I bouton morphology: changes in shape, fusion of boutons. Size of type I boutons remains unchanged but their number is significantly decreased.

rg^γ1 mutants show altered synaptic transmission at larval neuromuscular junctions with abnormally large excitatory junctional potentials.

rg^γ1 mutants show decreased frequency of peristaltic contractions, decreased speed of movement and are more likely to be in a curled position.
