Description

The P{A92} element present in the P{A92}pucE69 insertion has been replaced with sequence from a P{GawB} donor element. The replacement was not precise, resulting in the loss of both the ry+t7.2 marker and lacZ reporter from the P{A92} insertion and the loss of the w+mW.hs marker that is normally present in the P{GawB} element.
