Expression of dsh^{8-64.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC} driven by Scer\GAL4^tap-Gal4 results in a significant increase in the frequency of mild and severe mushroom body beta lobe axon midline crossing defects (no significant effect on frequency of missing alpha lobes) compared to wild type.

Flies expressing dsh^{8-64.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC} under the control of Scer\GAL4^GMR.PF have eyes which are wild-type in size. Flies expressing dsh^{8-64.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC} under the control of Scer\GAL4^69B have a slight planar polarity phenotype in the wing.
