Detailed Description
Statement
Reference

The addition of dosR644K.R696K.hs.2sev to dosR31/dosP115 or dosP115 homozygous animals results in a few flies having greatly reduced eyes with only a few photoreceptors present in most ommatidia. Wing vein formation is also disrupted in the case of dosR644K.R696K.hs.2sev, dosR31/dosP115 flies, the L4 vein does not reach the wing margin and the anterior cross vein is completely missing.

Comments

While the addition of dosR644K.R696K.hs.2sev to dosR31 homozygotes results in no rescue, its addition to dosR31/dosP115 or dosP115 homozygous animals results in a few flies having greatly reduced eyes with only a few photoreceptors present in most ommatidia. Wing vein formation is also disrupted.
