        Germ-line clones of asf11 cause a complete block in oogenesis. asf11/Df(3L)kto2 is embryonic or larval lethal. asf11/+ suppresses PEV of eye colour in In(1)wm4h hemizygous flies. asf11/+ suppresses PEV of eye colour in w118/Y, In(2)Heidi/+ flies.
