      ScerGAL4cb40 drives expression in the embryonic PNS and in the adult testis. During oogenesis, ScerGAL4cb40 drives expression in the terminal filament and/or in female germline stem cells, in all follicle cells, and in the oocyte at stage at stages S10-14. No expression is observed in larvae.
