      ScerGAL4cb25 drives expression in the larval central nervous system including the brain, and in all imaginal discs. During oogenesis, ScerGAL4cb25 drives expression in terminal filaments and/or female germline stem cells, in nurse cells at stage S6, in posterior follicle cells at stages S8-14, and in a few scattered follicle cells at stages S10-14.
