Expression of TaoKK108458 under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF almost completely suppresses the reduced eye size seen when hpoGMR.PW is expressed.

The small eye phenotype caused by hpoGMR.PW is not affected if the eyes are also homozygous for kibradel.

Co-introduction of wtsGMR.PT and hpoGMR.PW results in 100% lethality at the early pupal stage. This lethality can be completely rescued by coexpression of ykiGMR.PH.

The rough eye phenotype due to hpoGMR.PW is largely suppressed by BacA\p35GMR.PH, but is enhanced by savGMR.PT. hpoGMR.PW is lethal in combination with wtsGMR.PT.
