When slikkd.Scer\UAS and BacA\p35Scer\UAS.cHa are co-expressed under the control of Scer\GAL4ptc-559.1 an enhancement of the slikScer\UAS.cHa, Scer\GAL4ptc-559.1 overgrowth phenotype is seen. An increase in the number of cells with normal nuclear appearances are found in abnormal outgrowths below the epithelial layer of the wing disc. Adult escapers show overgrowth in the 1st posterior cell of the wing.
