mitotic anaphase & nuclear chromosome

Detailed Description
Statement
Reference

Approximately 20% of mutant embryos appear smaller and more rounded than controls. 37% of homozygous embryos have chromosome segregation defects, with a high number of chromosome bridges and lagging anaphase chromosomes. Homozygotes have completely normal eyes.
