Detailed Description
Statement
Reference

2% of heterozygotes show a malformed leg phenotype. Homozygotes show 14 +/- 9% embryonic lethality and 100% of homozygous larvae fail to form pupae. Homozygous embryos show an anterior open cuticle phenotype.
