dorsal mesothoracic disc & actin filament, with Scer\GAL4ptc-559.1
dorsal mesothoracic disc & actin filament & pupa | ectopic, with Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096
Males expressing PvrdsRNA.Scer\UAS.cRa under the control of Scer\GAL4Abd-B-LDN show normal genitalia rotation.
PvrdsRNA.Scer\UAS.cRa with Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 or Scer\GAL4ptc-559.1 does not cause any obvious defects in epithelial organisation or polarity in the larval or pupal wing disc, except when the insertion P{UAS-Pvr.dsRNA.R}GOF is used. In P{UAS-Pvr.dsRNA.R}GOF; Scer\GAL4ptc-559.1 wing discs F-actin organization is altered specifically at the basal side of the epithelium. In P{UAS-Pvr.dsRNA.R}GOF; Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 pupal wing discs there is an ectopic and highly irregular accumulation of F-actin on the basolateral side of the disc, the resulting wings are blistered.
PvrRNAi.UAS.cRa, Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 has wing phenotype, enhanceable by Pvf1UAS.cRa, Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096
PvrRNAi.UAS.cRa/Scer\GAL4Abd-B-LDN is a non-suppressor of male genitalia phenotype of UvragKG04163/UvragB21
The mild wing phenotype of P{UAS-Pvr.dsRNA.R}GOF/+; Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096/+ animals is dramatically enhanced by Pvf1Scer\UAS.cRa, leading to a blistered, small and highly folded wings.

dsRNA is expressed from the template to study the phenotypic consequences of dsRNA interference (RNAi) of the Pvr gene.
