The αTub67C promoter drives expression of the type 1 Btk isoform (shorter isoform that does not include a PH domain), mutated to carry a K356M amino acid substitution, resulting in a kinase inactive protein. The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with mGFP6.
