      The normalized numbers of synaptic boutons in AcePL00568, AcePL00568/Acec00215 and AcePL00568/Df(3R)Exel6167 neuromuscular junctions are significantly reduced compared with those of wild-type controls.

      Chronic exposure to DDVP (through rearing of larvae on food containing 0.02ppm DDVP) results in a significant reduction in the number of synaptic boutons compared with wild-type controls. Similarly, the normalized lengths of neuromuscular junction branches in these mutants treated with DDVP are significantly shorter than in controls
