Expression of roboΔCC2CC3.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC, under the regulation of Scer\GAL4A307 results in complete lateral deflection of the larval giant fiber, compared to expression of roboΔCC2CC3.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the regulation of Scer\GAL4c17, where lateral deflection can occur in 13% of cases. Expression of roboΔCC2CC3.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC, under the regulation of Scer\GAL4shakB.lethal.4.1 results in the anatomical and physiological disruption of tergal depressor of trochanter muscle motor neuron & dendrites with a 100% penetrance.
