The expression of Act5CScer\UAS.P\T.R.T:Avic\GFP under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 has no significant effect on the numbers of neurons or in the number of rod-shaped actin-rich inclusions in the adult brain, as compared to controls.

The expression of Act5CScer\UAS.P\T.R.T:Avic\GFP under the control of Scer\GAL4Mef2.PU induces lethality before adulthood.

When Act5CScer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP is driven by Scer\GAL4nos.UTR.T:Hsim\VP16 a failure in the formation of germline cysts with the correct number of germ cells is seen in a fraction of ovarioles.
