Expression of dallytm.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4C587 results in the progressive accumulation of extra germline stem cell-like cells (the cells have spherical fusomes) in the ovarioles.

Expression of dallytm.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC along the anterior-posterior compartment boundary od the wing disc, driven by Scer\GAL4ptc-559.1, causes disordered wing veins in ~3% of flies and a duplication of the dorsocentral and scutellar macrochaetae on the notum in ~27% of flies. Expression along the anterior-posterior compartment boundary of the wing disc, driven by Scer\GAL4dpp.blk1 causes the same extra bristle phenotype in ~10% of flies. Expression in the posterior compartment with Scer\GAL4hh-Gal4 causes notching along the wing margin in ~18% of flies.
