A E(spl)mα-BFM enhancer and a minimal Hsp70 promoter regulate expression of a GAL4 driver. The E(spl)mα-BFM enhancer is a 1kb BamHI-XhoI fragment corresponding to -1083 to -71 of the E(spl)mα-BFM upstream region.
