MARCM clones composed of Mushroom Body αβ or α'β' neurons homozygous for Hrb27C^7E7-18 exhibit two branches projecting in the same lobe or lack of a branch when compared to controls

Mushroom Body neuroblast clones composed of neurons homozygous for Hrb27C^7E7-18 exhibit ectopic extension of dorsal bundles when compared to controls.

Germ line clones of Hrb27C^k16203 cause a defect in nurse cell dumping, resulting in the formation of very small eggs, which are usually not laid. However, cytoskeletal organisation and polarisation of these developing oocytes appears normal.
