89% of embryos derived from females carrying four copies of CycB^+t10 (as well as two wild-type copies of CycB⁺) and also heterozygous for RPA2² have a normal phenotype at cycle 14, while only 23% of these embryos have a normal phenotype at cycle 10.

The shorter than normal interphase duration seen in embryos derived from females carrying four copies of CycB^+t10 (as well as two wild-type copies of CycB⁺) is not suppressed by RPA2²/+ at cycle 10 or 11, but is partially suppressed by RPA2²/+ at cycle 12 and is suppressed by RPA2²/+ to wild type duration at cycle 13.
